Young and old urged to get bouncing

CHESHIRE Trampoline Club creator Dawn Chadwick has teamed up with long-time friend Ann Bishop-Rowe (former head coach at Padgate Trampolining Club), Shonagh Strachan and Hannah Thomson to offer sessions to the young and old.
The club first started its sessions back on November 7, 2013, at Lymm Leisure Centre with only a handful of members.
Due to popularity with the sessions taking off, mainly through word of mouth and social media, the club have been holding additional sessions since the start of January at Broomfields Leisure Centre.
The club are also hopeful of making a return to the competitive level of the sport within the year as current members progress.
Sessions are held for all ages and abilities with the Lymm sessions being held on a Thursday evening from 5.30pm to 6.30pm and 6.30pm to 7.30pm and the Broomfields sessions are held on a Monday night 7pm to 8pm.
However, due to the popularity of the sessions there is currently a waiting list in progress for both the Monday and Thursday night sessions.
The club has also introduced an adults-only session for those over the age of 18 between 8pm and 9pm on a Monday night and is hoping that, with the increase in garden trampolines and people wanting to find new ways of keeping fit and active, it will attract more people to try the ever-increasing popular sport.
The club is also looking for sponsorship, which will be used to help provide newer competition standard equipment and training for coaches and perspective competition officials.
Anyone interested in either the sessions or sponsoring the club should contact Dawn at either firstname.lastname@example.org or on 07855 959560.
