WOOLSTON Rovers A were knocked out of the North West Mens League Trophy in the Quarter Final with defeat to Leigh Miners.
Tries from Phil Stevens and Scott Whiteley, two, were not enough to match the Leigh side’s quality with an 80-metre try capping off a bad day for Rovers.
