THELWALL’S Aidan Collins who is back with Honda U.K.for 2014 was back to his winning ways with victory in round one of the British Flattrack Championship at Leicester on Sunday.
Back with Honda UK for 2014, being top of the scorers by one point after three heat races gave Collins the advantage of first choice of gate positions in the final.
He made no mistake, leading from start to finish under pressure from young rider Tim Neave and Kawasaki’s Oliver Brindley.
Collins, supported by Rock Oil, heads into round two at Coventry on Sunday, May 18 with a four-point lead.
