WARRINGTON Rowing club tasted success during the last distance head race of the season at Northwich.
The Ladies quadruple scull, coached by Ken Bateson, of Gill Laidlaw, Pippa Smith, Louise Cramp, Charlotte Brennan, coxed by Emma Dunbavand, took gold in the intermediate three category.
Rowan Lidbury, in her maiden competition, achieved single sculling gold in the youngest veteran category, Masters A.
Coached by Warrington's club captain Dave Jordan, the junior 14s boys quadruple scull enjoyed wins for Matt Baguley, Alistair Eaves, Tom Carroll and Connor Guerin, commandingly coxed by Becky Marsh, while Tom Reed, Louis Molloy, Jack Bennett and Oli Houghton coxed by Jonathan Acton finished a close second.
Matt Baguley collected a second gold in the junior 14s double scull event with partner Tom Reed.
Lucy Glover won both the women's junior15s single scull and double scull golds, alongside ever-improving partner Ellie Davies.
Dan Lee and George Houghton scooped the men's junior 15s double scull gold.
