RYLANDS showed great spirit to gain their first point of the campaign. Tries came from parents’ player Tom Forber, Tom Smith, Joshua Morris and Cameron Snow, who also shared player of the match with Reece Musgrave.

THIS cup game was a step up in standard for Eagles against a higher placeed Wigan outfit. Player of the match was George Ruffley, most improved was Adam McHardy, the coach’s award went to Harry Young.

RYLANDS continued their winning ways in impressive fashion, with tries by Owen Rankin, Jack Collins, Brad Taylor, Kieran Owens, Liam Jones, four, and Fynn Stanley, who added five conversions. Declan Leonard also landed a goal.

LATCHFORD progressed to the semi finals of the North West Counties Development Cup with a hard-fought win against a strong Wigan side. Player of the match was Lewis Pritchard and the coach’s award went to Freddie Harrison.
