WARRINGTON women’s hockey first team enjoyed a six-goal thriller, but could not find a winner as they drew 3-3 at Sale.
Warrington fell behind in the first half, but levelled through Steph Rawlins after great build up play from Steph Lace.
Twice more Warrington conceded only for Rawlins to put them level, while player-of-the-match Tracy Jackson made a string of saves to ensure they finished with a point.
THE men’s first team’s North West Men’s League Division Five North South title chances were dented when after a shock 4-1 home defeat to Cheetham Hill; the visitors go above them with one game remaining.
THE second team lost 3-1 against Neston.
