WARRINGTON women's hockey team fell to a frustrating 2-1 defeat at Deeside.
Despite a tireless performance from captain Louise Sullivan and a late goal from Kate Connolly, Warrington couldn't get control of the game.
The women's second team were unlucky not to get 3 points as they drew 2-2 with Crewe.
Amy Quayle blasted Warrington into the lead before the stormy weather forced a break in the game. Lydia Turton scored the second with a great strike from a short corner.
The men's second team triumphed 2-0 over Liverpool Sefton thanks to two goals from Mike Vickers and a great performance from AJ Edwards. The win puts them up to second in Division Eight of the North West Men's League.
