Silas Hayes and Gavin Brown got on the scoresheet for the second week running, joined by crucial contributions from AJ Edwards and Mike Vickers, two, lifting them to third in the league with a 5-3 win.
The women’s first team lost 3-0 to table toppers Alderley Edge seconds, with all the goals coming in the second half as Warrington tired.
It was only Warrington’s second loss in seven outings, meaning they remain fifth in Cheshire Women’s League Division Two.
They will travel to second-placed Deeside Ramblers on Saturday
