DESPITE trailing after two minutes Eagle eventually ran out comfortable winners at Carnforth on Saturday.
Eagle responded to Carnforth’s early score with tries from Dominic Ball, Sam Cook, Jack Bainczyk and Dean Bennett – although this was awarded as a penalty try.
Eagle host high-flying Birchfield at Thornton Road on Saturday.
