A SQUAD of Lymm's junior players travelled to Bradford to take on the region's best teams in the under 16s North Junior Indoor Hockey Championships.
Indoor hockey differs slightly from the outdoor version, with lighter sticks used and no aerial play allowed, but for the squad's first experience of indoor hockey at that level they produced some outstanding performances.
Lymm finished fifth out of eight overall, narrowly missing out on a place in the semi finals.
