For the men, James Webster took a rest from hurdling to set personal bests in the under 20s 200m, a race that he won, and 100m, claiming a runners-up position in the latter.
Webster also anchored the 4x400m relay team, of which he was the oldest member, to victory with a split of 49.8secs.
In the 5000m, Cameron Field made his debut over the distance and ran out a comfortable victor by half a circuit.
Chris Fance got caught out at the start of the final lap by a Chorley runner in the under 17s 1,500m, leaving him trailing in the final straight en route to second place.
Behind Fance, Leighton Sharman ran an excellent race to finish fourth overall, first in the B race.
Fance and Sharman, along with Robert Dykes who also ran in the 400m, completed the relay team line-up with Webster.
