WARRINGTON were never behind in Saturday’s North West Men’s League Division Six North clash.
A Steve Worrall strike from close range and an own goal put them in the ascendancy.
Dave Yates made it 3-1 and Ben Yates struck the fourth before a late goal from South Lakes meant a nervous last 10 minutes which Warrington survived to secure fourth place in the standings.
