LATCHFORD withstood a strong second-half fightback to win their final NWC Cup pool game. Tries came from Jack Fox, three, Nathan Holbrook, two, Dan Norman and Charlie Phythian. Harry Reardon kicked five goals.
Orrell St James u14 22 Crosfields Cobras u14 6
SOAP crashed out of the NWC Cup due to two late tries from Orrell Player of the match was Bailey Hartley, while Thomas Davis collected the defence award. Callum Talbot touched down for Soap, Ryan Taylor converted.
Latchford u13 36 Leigh Miners u13 32
TRIES from Owen Nugent, Lewis Porter, two, and player-of-the-match Lewis Pritchard, four, helped Latchford to victory. The parents award went to Henry Davidson and the coach’s award to Roberto Stratford.
Langworthy Reds u13 12 Rylands Sharks u13 74
AFTER a slow start Rylands powered to an impressive win. Tries were scored by Sean Millington, four, Declan Leonard, two, James Lawron, two, Tom Gaskell, two, Finn Stanley, two, Brad Taylor and Jacob Proudlove. Declan Leonard kicked nine goals.

TRIES by Lewis Hall, two, Ryan Orr, Spencer Rudd, and most improved Jacob Gallop did the job for Crosfields, whose player of the match was Andrew Jobling. Coach’s award winner was James Machin, while top defender was Joshua Vaughan.

A FANTASTIC show of teamwork led to tries from Jack Wright, three, Ben Rowland and Liam Brinksman, with conversions by Jamie Barber, four, and player-of-the-match Jack Wright. Coach’s award went to Jack Conner.
Culcheth Eagles u11 0 Thatto Heath Shields u11 30
EAGLES lost for the first time this season. Player-of-the-match Louie Simpkin worked tirelessly, most improved was Sam Lea and coach’s award went to Jacob Leonard.
Latchford Albion u10 0 Widnes Moorfield u10 36
LATCHFORD’S player of the match was Fintan McHendry, the parents' award winner was Reece Musgrave and the top tackler was Harvey Orr. Coach’s award was picked up by Cameron Snow.
Rylands Sharks u9 28 Culcheth Eagles u9 24
SHARKS had to come from two tries down to beat Culcheth. Player-of-the-match Liam Argent scored a brace, with other tries scored by Bayley Colledge, Bobby Shingler, Hatice Dogus, top tackler Jack McGloughlin and most improved player Joe Lavin.
