ADELE Maguire and Coral Farrell returned from the National Junior and Youth Disability Championships with an impressive medal haul.

Warriors of Warrington’s 11-year-olds took on the country’s best in the 10 to 13-year-olds age group at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre in Sheffield and triumphed in 20 events.

Farrell gained a medal in every individual event and both team relays, giving her a haul of nine gold and four silver medals.

Maguire achieved substantial personal bests along with seven medals, one gold, three silver and three bronze.

They helped the north west to overall victory and are now looking forward to the forthcoming British Gas International and the British International Disability Championships in April.
