VICTORY hands Timperley a chance of overtaking Lymm at the Cheshire Women’s League top tier summit.
For the second time this season the league leaders finished second best to Timperley.
Lymm were 1-0 down within 30 seconds as Timperley made good use of a penalty corner.
Timperley doubled their lead from another penalty corner, hanging on until Nat Riley netted a deserved consolation for the visitors with five minutes to go.
