LYMM'S Rotary Club has organised an evening of popular classics at Manchester's Bridgewater Hall to raise vital charitable funds.

The club will take over the concert venue next week to raise money for The Christie Hospital and the North West Air Ambulance.

Among the performers will be international tenor Marton Toal, as well as performers from the Trafford Youth Orchestra and Choir and the Altrincham School of Dance.

Music will include Nessun Dorma and songs from Last Night of the Proms.

Tickets are available for the concert, on Friday, May 9, on 0161 907 9000.
