Potholes on Cinnamon Lane not high priority

POTHOLES on Cinnamon Lane are not serious enough to need repairing, according to Warrington Borough Council.

The state of the road was raised by officials at Poulton with Fearnhead Parish Council.

But Sharon Walls, transport asset service manager, said they do not meet the necessary threshold to require work.

Blocked gullies that are causing flooding on Fearnhead Lane, Meadow Lane and Cinnamon Lane will be addressed.

However, the borough council has said the ‘slight’ flooding means it is not a high priority area.
