Kalgarth Grange Nursery on Manchester Road, Paddington, has received an Investors in People award for good practice in business.
The nursery is run by former Liverpool defender Rob Jones and his wife Susan and is to expand.
Manager Ellie Dwyer said: “We are thrilled and want to share this award with the community.”
