THREE workers from the Marks and Spencer store in the Gemini Retail Park have raised more than £28,000 after joining forces to support the British Heart Foundation.
Linda Kitson, Karen Lynch and Nicola Grainger were inspired to raise money for the charity after warehouse worker Dave Johnson’s daughter, Dion, died suddenly of a heart condition in her early 30s.
Staff at the store took part in a wide variety of fundraising events including quiz and charity nights and sponsored walks.
