COUNCILLORS will decide on the future of a housing development in Latchford tonight, Thursday.
Plans had been approved for Halebank Developments to build 104 houses off Marsden Avenue but now the developers want to take the scheme back to make changes.
The developers also want to change the level of affordable housing on the site from 70 per cent to 100 per cent.
