PLANS to build a new retail unit in Dallam have been approved.
The scheme will see a shop unit built on Alban Retail Park between two current units on the site.
It is part of a major redevelopment programme on the site which will see a number of other new shop units being built as the site expands into the former Fiat factory land.
This proposal will see the unit opened between the current Currys and Halfords stores.
