STOCKTON Heath Medical Centre has been transformed thanks to the horticultural hard work of its charity of the year.
The centre, based at The Forge, has chosen the Walton Lea Project as the charity it will fundraise for over the course of the year.
And visitors to the doctors will also be greeted by signs giving them advice on how to volunteer at the project which offers horticultural courses aimed at people with learning disabilities and other conditions.
