A STOCKTON Heath pub has enjoyed seven months of success since it underwent a £385,000 transformation in March.
The extensive refurbishment at the Mulberry Tree, off London Road, introduced signature pieces of furniture and a lighter colour scheme in the building.
A newly-designed separate room was also created to the side of the pub, named the Mulberry Tap, which serves a selection of ales and craft beers.
Deputy manager Tom Jackson confirmed the changes have proved to be 'popular' among punters and said he is expecting business to boom during the festive period.
The pub, which is owned by Spirit Pub Company, is set to continue varying the specials menu regularly to suit the tastes of customers.
Earlier this year Mayor Cllr Geoff Settle was the first to pull a pint at the new-look venue.
Spirit owns and operates around 800 managed pubs across the UK.
