CHILDREN at a Lymm primary school have reason to cheer after an extension to the premises.
A new library has been opened in the entrance at Ravenbank Primary School, on Pepper Street.
The new facilities, unveiled during a ceremony and day of celebrations last week, have been funded by the school’s parents and teachers association through a range of events since September.
And members of the PTA joined year six children in school for the official opening.
The highlight of the PTA’s fundraising year will be a bookworm ball at The Mere Golf and Country Club on Saturday which will have a literary theme.
