Exhibition charts Grappenhall's role in First World War
VISITORS to an exhibition in Grappenhall got to find out more about the Great War.
Grappenhall Community Centre is hosted 'Home and Away - Grappenhall at War' , a display of life in and around Grappenhall at the time of the First World War last weekend.
Held in the Old Barn on Bellhouse Lane, it featured memories and stories from the time as well as artefacts.
A vintage style cafe meanwhile served up some war time treats.
