Basketball camp
FANCY trying your hand on the basketball court with professional coaches and players?
Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub will host Cheshire Phoenix, a pro team who will deliver a three day basketball camp during the February half term holiday.
The camp will see children between the ages of seven and 16 take part in a range of exciting drills and games that will develop their basketball skills.
The players will also show off their own techniques and how to work as a team.
Matthew Parker, sport engagement officer for LiveWire said: “We are delighted to be working with Cheshire Phoenix basketball club to host the camp.
"The opportunity to meet, and be coached by professional basketball players from across the world, is very exciting and something not to be missed."
The basketball camp takes place from February 16 – 18.
Morning sessions for children aged seven – 11 are from 10am – noon.
Afternoon sessions for ages 12 – 16 are from1.pm – 3.pm.
The cost is £5 per session or £12.50 for all three.

Parish council
RESIDENTS can attend the next meeting of Poulton with Fearnhead Parish Council on Monday night.
Taking place at Fearnhead Cross Community Centre, Insall Road, from 7.30pm, the parish council discusses issues in the area.
It can also take action on problems in the area, and refer them to Warrington Borough Council.
Warrington East NPU will also attend to give police updates.
Petty crime
ARE you worried about litter, vandalism, under-age drinking or petty crime in Orford.
The area's ward councillors are encouraging residents to get in touch if they witness any issues of anti-social behaviour.
Cllr Mike Hannon said he, and Labour colleagues Cllr Kerry Morris and Cllr Kate Hannon are on hand to listen to concerns.
"Your Orford councillors work regularly with Warrington Borough Council, Cheshire Police, and Golden Gates Housing against ASB which has seen a huge reduction," said Cllr Hannon.
"If you are aware of ASB then contact us in strictest confidence."

Shed safety warning
CHESHIRE Police are warning residents in the area to ensure sheds and garages are protected against intruders.
Warrington East NPU, which covers, Padgate, Woolston and Poulton, has advised using alarms on outhouses.
A spokesman said: "You can widely purchase a shed or garage alarm for just a few pounds.
"(They have) no wires and are operated by a fob to secure your property "If you own a bicycle and store it in a shed or garage, make sure you secure it to something with a chain.
"Don't make it easy for criminals."
Burglary
POLICE are appealing for information after a burglary on Poulton Crescent in Woolston.
Warrington East NPU said the incident happened on Monday, January 26.
Anyone who saw anything suspicious during the day, or early evening, is asked to call Cheshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 738 of January 26.
