A WINWICK business owner has seen her mortgage advisory company go from strength to strength since it opened three years ago.
Jennifer Yates, who started Mortgages Made Simple in 2011, has recently taken on two team members, Cheryl Lavin and Susan Barlow, and has moved to new offices at Birchwood Park.
She said: “I’d seen the market suddenly go through the roof in London, but when I started dealing with client property purchases being determined by sealed bids here in the north west in Liverpool, I knew it was time to make the move.”
After moving out of her home-based office, the business has continued to thrive, which has allowed Jennifer, who has 23 years in the banking sector and as a subcontracted mortgage advisor, to grow her client list.
