Three Priestley students offered places at Oxbridge

THREE Priestley College students have been offered a place at Oxford or Cambridge this September.

Mark Salmon, senior tutor at Priestley, said: “We are delighted for the students who have received their offers.”

Joseph Brown, aged 17 from Penketh, is studying English language, further maths, politics and law and has been offered to study law at Oxford.

Katherine Stephenson, aged 18 from Great Sankey, is studying biology, chemistry, psychology and accounts and has offered to study biochemistry at Oxford.

Grace Macklin, aged 18 from Stretton, is studying physics, maths, biology and chemistry and has been offered to study natural sciences at Cambridge.
