A NEW course aimed at adults with mental health problems has been launched in Dallam.
The 10-week Creative Remedies course is a range of arts and wellbeing activities organised by the council’s outreach team.
The taster course is free to over 18s living in Warrington and will run every Monday from 10am to noon at Dallam Community House.
Each weekly session will cover a different theme including mixed arts, photography and creative writing.
Clr Pat Wright, executive board member for health, wellbeing and adult services, said: “I know what a positive impact these activities can have on people’s health and wellbeing. We are encouraging people to come along, learn some new skills and meet new people.”
