A ‘NO ball games’ sign will be installed at the Houston Gardens play area on the Chapelford estate in Great Sankey after appeals from Clr Kevin Reynolds.
Miller Homes has promised it will be in place this month after complaints over damage being caused to cars and accidents involving young children.
Clr Reynolds said he was pleased the housing company is finally taking action.
