A COMPANY specialising in the sale of music memorabilia, fine wine, watches and collectables is moving to new premises at Penketh Business Park this month.
The site, off Liverpool Road, will become Omega Auctions's main auction room replacing its current facility in Stockport bringing six full time and ten part time jobs to the town.
The company holds bi-monthly auctions for collectables and quarterly auctions for music memorabilia and last year shot to fame after selling one of John Lennon’s extracted wisdom teeth to a Canadian dentist for £23,000.
The dentist is now working with US doctors in a bid to extract DNA from it and clone the former Beatle.
Kathryn Smart, Langtree’s property manager, said: “We would like to welcome Omega Auctions to Warrington.
"They are a fascinating company which will bring a whole new audience to the town. Personally, I can’t wait for their sales to start in the new year, they are going to be quite something.”
