FORMER Warrington Borough and Sankey South parish councillor Jim Regan has called for Great Sankey Parish Council to improve the landscape around the Hood Manor shops.
Mr Regan secured £80,000 to replace the flag stones with tarmac in the area as part of a revamp during his time as councillor but says bushes have been trodden on the area causing it to look a ‘mess’.
The treasurer at Dorchester Residents Association has also revealed he hopes to stand at the next elections as an independent for Great Sankey South.
