WHAT is it to be British, and more importantly, what is it to be a Warringtonian?
That was the question posed to students at Great Sankey High School during a cultural exchange project.
The group of year seven students took part in the #CultureBox scheme which was launched through social networking site Twitter before Christmas.
Partnered with a school in Andalucía in southern Spain, the students in both schools exchanged a box that contains items representing their culture.
The Great Sankey box ha items donated by Warrington author and Bob the Builder designer Curtis Jobling, Warrington Town FC memorabilia donated by manager Shaun Reid and copies of the Warrington Guardian to highlight what life in the town is like.
