A WHITTLE Hall councillor is calling on residents to make their feelings clear over the need for a new health centre in Chapelford.

Clr Faisal Rashid is urging readers to contact the town's watchdog Healthwatch Warrington over delays with the new building in the hope of putting pressure on NHS England to keep plans moving forward.

He added: "This is a big issue for residents in Chapelford and the surrounding area who have been using a portacabin for more than 10 years.

"I hope every resident who has concerns will get in touch with Healthwatch while NHS England looks for another developer for the site."
