THE time has almost arrived for the race night to raise money to buy a defibrillator for Winwick Leisure Centre.
All money raised will go towards the £1,000 defibrillator following the death of seven-year-old Ciaran Latham-Geddes, who died in 2012 after suffering from a cardiac arrest while playing football with a group of friends.
If there had had been a defibrillator on site, his life could have been saved.
The race night will take place next Friday, April 4, starting at 7.30pm.
