A GARDEN safari taking in 13 green spaces in Glazebury to raise money for charity takes place next month.

Organised by John Bent, from Bents Garden and Home, and garden enthusiast Delia Caswell, the Glazebury Garden Safari aims to raise cash for All Saints and Glazebury Methodist Church. It is the fifth year the safari has taken place and this year visits 13 gardens on September 9.

To take part buy a programme on the day, priced £6, or in advance, priced £5, from Bents Garden and Home, Glazebury Methodist Church or All Saints Church in Glazebury.

The programme, which provides a route map and descriptions, admits two people between 1pm and 5pm.
