GET into the festive spirit with Culcheth's Christmas Tree and Crib Festival from Friday to Sunday.
Now in its ninth year, the event will see 50 trees decorated by businesses and community groups at Newchurch Parish Church.
On Friday three primary schools from Culcheth will also be coming to the church to sing Christmas carols throughout the day and on Saturday between 1pm and 3pm there will be children's crafts and activities.
Then on Sunday afternoon hand bell ringers will be in church and there will be a closing service at 6.30pm with carols sung to round off the weekend.
The Christmas Tree and Crib Festival has raised £4,500 for charity over nine years.
This year the organisers will be supporting The Children's Society's Warrington Project as well as putting money aside for church funds. Entry is £1.50 with children free.
