OFFICE workers swapped suits and ties for trainers and sweat bands to raise funds for Warrington Youth Club.
It was part of a Birchwood company’s celebrations to mark 10 years in business.
Twenty staff from Procurement for Housing (PfH) and the youth club split into two, one starting from PfH’s first office in Glossop and the other from Liverpool.
Both teams ran past PfH’s head office at Olympic Park in Birchwood and finished in Lymm having run a total of 100km between them.
More than £1,000 was raised by the runners and this will go towards a 12-week employability programme run by Warrington Youth Club.
