Stockton Heath annual walking day this saturday

STOCKTON Heath will roll out the celebrations with a sporting theme for its annual walking day this Saturday.
As usual there will be a service, taking place with an Olympic theme, at Alexandra Park followed by a procession through the village.
Groups will meet up at the park from 1.45pm ready for the 2pm service with walking groups leaving the ground from 2.20pm.
Motorists are advised there will be road closures in place around Stockton Heath from 1.30pm to 3.30pm.
The service this year will be led by Hillcliffe Baptist Church.
