KIND-HEARTED youngsters at a Bewsey primary school gave goodies to the food bank.
Ahead of the harvest service at Bewsey Lodge Primary School on Wednesday, youngsters brought in a variety of food.
It will be given to the Warrington Foodbank - the school one of 30 across the borough to help with collections.
Warrington Food Bank project manager, John Dolan, said: “We are very grateful to all the schools which have given so generously to the foodbank harvest appeal.
“It is encouraging to know that schools are actively generating a healthy social conscience in today’s children.
“The gifts which have been given are literally life-savers for people who are really struggling in the present economic climate.”
