Pupils collect £300 of supplies
YOUNGSTERS from St Vincent’s Primary School have continued their fundraising efforts by donating £300 worth of food supplies to St Joseph’s Family Centre.
Pupils from the Penketh school held a mini fair with the help of teacher Pam Muckley to raise the cash before deciding where it could be best spent.
Michelle Fox, from the school, said: “We had heard the centre was running low on supplies so the children decided it was time they helped vulnerable people in the community who are less fortunate than themselves.”
