PUPILS, teachers and head teachers from past and present gathered for a Croft Primary School milestone.
The celebration was to mark the 40th anniversary since the school moved to its new premises in Mustard Lane.
There was a 1970s party for each class and visitors were invited to walk down memory lane and look through the schools old log books and photographs.
New head teacher Anne Mains said: "We had a wonderful day and I am so proud to be here for the next phase in the school's history."
