Speeding worries (From Warrington Guardian)

• "A local resident rang me yesterday morning to say the barriers had been moved and kids had started ripping up pieces of the new surface that was unfinished. They then proceeded to throw it everywhere. I notified the council and police, but unfortunately it's something that happens these days and until the toddlers area is complete may well happen. Hopefully we can catch the culprits."
