Clean-up campaign

THE clean up my community team will be out again in force on April 21 after residents from Hood Manor, Westbrook and Great Sankey collected more than 60 bags of rubbish during their last tidy operation.
The next event will be supporting Sankey Bridges Residents’ Association and targeting Sankey Valley Park, in particular the area north and south of Sankey Way, adjacent to St Gregory’s High School and Old Liverpool Rd.
The group will meet at 10am in the small car park off Cromwell Avenue, opposite David Lloyd centre.
Litter picking tools and bags will be provided but bring your own gloves.
