Sport Relief hailed as a success
DETERMINED runners put their best foot forward to raise more than £9,000 in aid of Sport Relief.
Around 400 people took part in the Gulliver's Sainsbury's Sport Relief Mile earlier this year.
It has since been announced that 2014 was a record-breaking year, with a total of £71.8 million raised at events across the UK.
The Gulliver's Warrington Mile contributed £9,387.78 to the total.
Richard Welby from Gulliver's said: "We had an incredible day and it was wonderful to see our community come together for such a great cause.”
