A GARDENING club in Callands is now armed with the tools to tackle the great outdoors following a generous donation from the Warrington Lions.
A total of £200 worth of tools have been donated to residents at Your Housing Group on Harlech Close.
Christine McDermott, from Warrington Lions, hopes the gift will encourage more people to take part in gardening.
Warrington Lions, who raise cash throughout the year to help support good causes in the town, is always on the lookout for new members to join.
