PLANS to change a former bookmaker shop into a vets on the Westbrook Centre have been approved.
Willows Veterinary Group in Northwich has been given the green light by Warrington Borough Council to open the small animal veterinary surgery in Westbrook House.
The building was previously used by David Pluck Bookmakers and is located in between a child day care facility and a dentist.
In the blueprints, which are available on the council's planning website, it reveals that three full-time jobs will be created for the area and it will be open six days a week.
All animals will be kennelled within the building.
