PLANS to open an auction house on Gemini Business Park are currently under consideration.
Blueprints submitted to Warrington Borough Council to change the existing unit 18 warehouse on Europa Boulevard into an antique and collectable store are now in the hands of planning officers.
The site was previously used as bespoke kitchen showroom by Ultimate Kitchens.
But Northwich Auction Ltd has set the wheels in motion to open an auction house in the warehouse, which currently lies empty.
In the planning application, it states that an auction would be held every two weeks, with the sale day taking place on a Wednesday.
