A THINK car will be on display at Asda Westbrook on Saturday to warn drivers about the dangers of drink-driving As part of this year’s World Cup campaign, Cheshire Police have launched the series of events to highlight the importance of knowing your limits.
The car was donated by the Wilson family from Poynton after their 21-year-old son Matthew lost control of his car and collided with a tree on the A51 near Nantwich in 2010 after drinking around one and a half pints.
His family are touring the region showing the public the actual wreckage of the black Renault in a bid to share their message about the consequences of drink-driving.
The car will be on show from 10am.
