BLOOR Homes is insisting it is focused on building a healthy relationship with Appleton Thorn residents.
The developer’s housing proposal to build up to 90 homes on Stretton Road has been met with protests but Bloor is hopeful of better relations in the future.
“At Bloor Homes we are committed to building more than just high quality homes,” said Bloor sales director Christine Kynaston.
“We place great importance on forging strong links with the communities.”
Meanwhile plans are in place to put tree preservation orders on a number of trees in the area – including the historic thorn tree in the centre of the village.
